Shake ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker. Strain into a white wineglass. No garnish required.

Darwin Mist
  • Ice
  • 60ml Prince Alexander Vodka
  • 20ml Parfait Amour
  • 60ml lemon juice
  • Soda, chilled

Half fill a tall glass with ice. Mix vodka, Parfait Amour and lemon juice together and pour over ice. Top with chilled soda. Garnish with straws.

Screwdriver
  • Ice
  • 60ml Prince Alexander Vodka
  • Fresh orange juice

Half fill a tall glass with ice. Pour vodka over and top with orange juice.
Garnish with a slice of orange.

Black Russian
  • Ice
  • 30ml Prince Alexander Vodka
  • 30ml Kahlua
  • Cola

Half fill a tall glass with ice. Pour vodka over and then Kahlua. Top with cola and gently stir. No garnish required.

Bloody Mary
  • Ice
  • 45ml Prince Alexander Vodka
  • 2 drops Tabasco sauce
  • 10ml Worcestershire sauce, or to taste
  • 10ml lemon juice
  • 120ml tomato juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
    (Celery salt and lemon pepper could be used instead of conventional salt and pepper).

Half fill a tall glass with ice. Pour in vodka, Tabasco sauce, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice. Stir. Top with tomato juice, salt and pepper. Stir. Garnish with lemon slices, stalk of celery and straws.

Brandy Crusta
  • Ice
  • 30ml Prince de France Brandy
  • 15ml Maraschino
  • 30ml orange juice
  • Dash Angostura bitters

Sugar frost a cocktail glass. Shake ingredients together with ice. Strain into a prepared cocktail glass. Garnish with a Maraschino cherry on a toothpick.

Margarita
  • Ice
  • 30ml Sierra Tequila Silver
  • 15ml Cointreau
  • 10ml lemon or lime juice

Frost the rim of a cocktail glass with salt. Shake ingredients together with ice in a cocktail shaker. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a twist of lemon.

Dear John
  • Ice
  • 60ml Finsbury London Dry Gin
  • 20ml Parfait Amour
  • Tonic, chilled

Shake gin and Parfait Amour with ice in a cocktail shaker. Strain into a red wineglass and top with tonic. Garnish with lemon twist.

Dry Martini
  • Ice
  • 45ml Finsbury London Dry Gin
  • 15ml Dry Vermouth

Place ingredients with ice in a mixing glass. Stir until gin and vermouth are chilled. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a green olive on a toothpick, or a lemon twist.
